At Tonomy Shop, we want to ensure that your purchase  arrives safe and sound. If your order doesn’t arrive in good condition, please refer to the Returns section below, use our contact form or contact us directly at: info@tonomyshop.com

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship our products worldwide. However, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or to freight forwarders.  

How will you ship my order?

We ship our orders using the trusted Canada Post. Shipping costs are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD)

  • Canada: Expedited Parcel (5 - 7 business days)
  • USA: Small Packet Air / Expedited Parcel (6 - 10 business days)
  • International: Small Packet Air / Xpresspost (6 - 10 business days)

If you are ordering from Canada, regional and federal taxes will be added after you have provided your shipping address. If you're ordering from outside of Canada there will be no taxes added. Please note that for international shipping there might be duties.

How long will it take before I receive my order?

Your items will ship within approximately 2-3 business days of placing your order. If you don’t receive your items after 15 days of placing your order for shipping within North America, and 21 days for internationally delivery please contact us at: info@tonomyshop.com  or use our contact form.

 

Returns

I would like to return my order for an exchange or refund. How do I do this?

Is something not right with your purchase? Don’t worry, we offer a 30-day return policy from the day you receive your order.

You can contact us at info@tonomyshop.com or use our contact form, within 30 days of receiving your order. Indicate if you would prefer an exchange or refund, and we will email you a Return Authorization number (RA#) as well as instructions on how to ship the goods back to us.

Returns and exchanges will be considered under the following conditions:

  • If any products in your order are defective
  • If any products in your order are damaged upon receipt
  • If you are unhappy with your purchase
  • If you want to exchange any of the products in your order for a different colour

We will no longer accept returns or exchanges if 30 days have passed since receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the products in your order must be:

  • Unused
  • In the original packaging
  • In the same condition in which you received them.

Additionally, to complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Do I have to pay to have my purchase shipped back to Tonomy Shop?

Yes. You will be responsible for paying for return shipping costs for orders you would like to have refunded or exchanged. For an exchange, you are also responsible to cover the shipping costs to mail the replacement order back to you. If you receive a refund, you will be refunded for the original purchase price of the order, excluding shipping costs.

What shipping service should I use to return my purchase?

US returns and exchanges must be shipped using USPS. We also recommend you purchase shipping insurance and get a tracking number before sending your package back to us. Without a tracking number, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your package.

What happens next?

After receiving your return, we will inspect it and will contact you within 7 business days to let you know whether your return or exchange has been approved or not.

If your return is approved and you’ve requested an exchange, we will ship out your new product immediately, subject to product availability. If you’ve requested a refund, then a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 business days of the return being processed.
